Shipping & Returns
Shipping Process:
We strive to process and ship orders promptly within 24–72 hours of placement. Some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues.
Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out.
We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
For order with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the difference in manufacturing partners' locations.
Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. Upon receiving the dispatch email, you will find detailed tracking information to monitor the progress of your order. In the header, you will also find a link where you can look up the tracking number. This will show the most recent updates on your package.
For some shipping companies, it can take several days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Shipping Time:
Shipping time varies by country and region. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed. These are our estimates for your reference:
Europe: 5-7 business days.

While we will do all that we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, Babylonia World cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Damaged Packages:
Contact us immediately and make sure to describe the issue. If eligible, we will give you a return address to which you can return it for an exchange or a refund.
Stolen or Lost Packages:
Babylonia World is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address, and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.
Duties, Taxes and Other Fees:
International shipments may be subjected to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Babylonia World has no control over these charges, nor can Babylonia World predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Contact us immediately with your correct address and order number. If possible, we will adjust your address before it has been shipped. If it already has been shipped, and the parcel is lost, there is no way we can process a refund or replacement. Keep in mind this is a mistake from your side, but we will do our best to assist you.
Return Policy:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items:
Custom products cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
